PARP antibody [GT6212] (GTX628836) 

Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARPs) are enzymes catalyzing the transfer of ADP-ribose to target proteins. PARPs play an important role in various cellular processes such as DNA repair, chromatin structure modulation, and different types of cell death. Caspase-3 cleavage of PARP is considered a hallmark of apoptosis. On the other hand, the elevated PARP-1 activity may trigger high NAD+ consumption (depleting ATP pools) and thus induces necrosis.

HER2 is one of the HER/EGFR/ERBB family members with tyrosine kinase activity. HER2 overexpression has been linked to the development and progression of certain aggressive types of cancer, particularly in breast and gastric/gastroesophageal cancer. Overexpression of HER2 increases receptor dimerization, autophosphorylation and initiates a variety of signaling pathways leading to cell proliferation and tumorigenesis. Her2 is an important biomarker and therapeutic target for approximately 30% of breast cancer patients.














CD44 antibody [GT462] (GTX628895)

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are being increasingly being recognized as the key determinative cells of malignancies. CD44 is a glycosylated cell surface receptor for hyaluronic acid (HA) and many other ECM components. CD44 exists as a standard isoform (CD44s) and a range of variant isoforms (CD44v) generated through alternative splicing. Accumulating evidence suggests that CD44 is a CSC marker and critical regulators of CSC self-renewal, tumor initiation, metastasis, and chemoradioresistance properties.








Bmi1 antibody (GTX102020) 

Bmi1 is a core component of the polycomb repressive complex 1 (PRC1) regulating cell cycle genes. Bmi1 plays key roles in the self-renewal of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC), neural stem cells (NSC) and cancer stem cells (CSC). Clinically, increased Bmi1 expression levels have been shown to correlate with tumor metastasis, chemoresistance, and recurrence of CSCs in several aggressive cancer types. 














Bad antibody (GTX130108)

Bad is a pro-apoptotic member of the Bcl-2 gene family which is involved in initiating apoptosis. Bad positively regulates apoptosis by forming heterodimers with BCL-xL and BCL-2, and reversing their anti-apoptotic activity. The pro-apoptotic function of Bad is negatively regulated through its phosphorylation. Phosphorylated Bad binds to 14-3-3 protein and dissociated from BCL-xL and BCL-2, thus promote cell survival.










E-Cadherin antibody [GT477] (GTX629691) 

E-cadherin is a calcium dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoprotein in the cadherin superfamily. E-cadherin is a well-known tumor suppressor protein, and the loss of its expression in tumor cells, in association with the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), occurs frequently during tumor progression and metastasis.
