Product Type | Sample Preparation |
Protocol | Deparaffinize tissues and hydrate to water. If necessary perform hydrogen peroxide block, was in water and rinse in PBS or TBS. The tissue section is now ready for trypsin digestion. Combine 1 part trypsin with 1 part buffer. Incubate for 5-10 miinutes at room temperature. Rinse well in PBS or TBS buffer and proceed with immunostaining procedure. This product utilises - color-coded buffer (rose) for easy identification. The buffer incorporates a color-coded pH indicator. The end-user can visually inspect the solution and see that the mixture or buffer is at the proper pH. If the mixed solution is purple, the pH is too high for optimum digestion. If the buffer or trypsin solution turns orange or yellow, the pH is too low for optimum digestion. This product is provided as a two component, ready-to-use solution, and can be used at different concentrations: (1) 25 ml Concentrated liquid trypsin (2) 25 ml of trypsin buffer |
Size | 1kit |
Storage | Store concentrated solution at 4°C. (Stable for 12 months) The working solution is stable for 3 days at 4°C. |
