| Notes | Melan-A (MART-1) is a transmembrane protein which is recognized by autologous cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Melan a is expressed in skin melanocytes and melanocyte lineages. This antibody is useful for the identification of melanomas and it should be included into standard melanoma panel for diagnostic. This antibody not cross react with cells of adrenal cortex. |
