| Notes | MangoMix is a complete ready-to-go 2x reaction mix of the MangoTaq DNA Polymerase for carrying out primer extensions, requiring the user only to add water, template and primers. MangoMix contains two inert dyes that allow for direct gel loading. The Red and Orange dyes separate during gel electrophoresis and provide quick reference points for monitoring the mobility of the DNA samples in the gel.. After the reactions are completed, they can be loaded directly onto a gel since there is no need to add loading buffer. MangoMix dramatically diminishes the amount of time needed to set up reactions, thereby reducing the risk of contamination. Also by minimizing the number of pipetting steps, greater reproducibility is ensured. Mg Cl2 concentration is 1.5mM and an extra tube of Mg cl2 is supplied if user needs a higher concentration.
