NeuN/Rbfox3 is a neuron-specific RNA splicing protein involved in neuronal differentiation and synaptogenesis. Compromised RBFOX3 function is linked to a number of neurological disorders. NeuN/Rbfox3 is commonly used as a nuclear marker of post-mitotic neurons in cultured cells or tissue samples from the central nervous system. We have an excellent selection of antibodies to detect NeuN/Rbfox3 for many applications and species. This includes the cited rabbit polyclonal antibodies (GTX133127 and GTX132974) highlighted in the images above and below. In addition, we offer an outstanding, well-published mouse monoclonal antibody (GTX30773). |
