Dear Customer,

In the light of the ongoing pandemic, we would like to reassure you that we are constantly monitoring the situation with the goal of maintaining uninterrupted shipments of our products, while also protecting the health of our employees.

With that said, Nordic BioSite always strive to offer the fastest possible delivery time to our customers. But due to this unfortunate virus outbreak, some of our suppliers are encountering delays in delivery. We and our suppliers will of course do our very best to provide our customers with other products/components if required.

We also want to let you know that we at Nordic BioSite, have all the tools and routines required for all departments in the business to function well, even in these times.

All our employees at all offices in all countries are available just as usual and you reach your contacts via email and phone. Our support is open at the same times as normal and is at your disposal if you need help. To the extent that illness in our operations, or changes in our delivery route, would prevent us from maintaining the same service as we usually do, we will inform you.
